WINTER SEASON
january, we are deeper into winter. I am taking a break for rest and reset for the full month. the first week of February I will return to all three markets.
Marin Civic Center on Thursdays, 8am to 1pm
Noe vallyey market on Saturdays, 8am to 1pm
stonestown market, sundays 9am to 1 pm
the webstore is up for new vision. my goal is to have the webstore open year round rather than just the holiday gift season. If there are products you would like to have availble year round for shipping, please send me an email and let me know your thoughts.
see you soon at the markets. David
The classic of French 19th century chocolate confectionery, the truffle. This is the confection that made me an addict of chocolate. Still it is my favorite chocolate confection.
seasonal flavors available now at markets
Pâte de Fruit, a confection that I enjoy playing with. There are two flavors of the moment - fresh pear with Pinot Blanc wine from Napa Valley, and anise - and - fig, both fresh and dried, in a strong paste lightened with French Grenache wine and spices of clove and white pepper.
Chocolate figurines, some classics for the winter holiday season, penguins, Teddy bears, Santa, St Nicholas, some cast from antique molds, roughly 100 years old and really delightful.
My cousin, Yvonne Boismier-Phillips created this illustration for me in 2020.
It is the five year anniversary of my business.
